Beautiful kitchens deserve beautiful spaces behind the scenes! 🤍

Scullery kitchens and spacious walk-in pantries are becoming some of the most requested features in our custom homes, and we love incorporating them into our designs!

From keeping meal prep and cleanup out of sight to providing extra storage and organization, these spaces allow the main kitchen to stay beautiful and clutter-free while making everyday living and entertaining effortless.

At Hannah Custom Homes, we believe luxury is just as much about functionality as it is about beautiful design!

Pennington Farms is looking beautiful from every angle! 🌿 We couldn’t be more proud of how this development is coming together. We just started the 4th home and are getting ready to start the 5th and 6th! So much thought and hard work has gone into bringing this vision to life, and we love watching it take shape!

We would love it and be very grateful if you could take the time to donate to one of our favorite organizations, Grace Place. A wonderful organization that helps single mothers and gives them a place to stay, with encouragement and love, all while helping them build a better life. Our Co-Owner/CFO Misty Pyle has been nominated as Mrs. Real Deal for Grace Place and she would love to win by raising the most funds for Grace Place!

Sneak peek of ! 🙌

We’re SO close to move-in and couldn’t wait to share a few pics! This is our largest project to date, and we are so incredibly proud of our team for absolutely rocking this build. So much hard work has gone into every detail, and seeing it all come together is pretty special!

Can’t wait to share the final photos! 📸

Such a great week hosting our Cornerstones Builder 20 group here in Nashville! 🏡

There’s something special about bringing together like-minded builders to share ideas, experiences, successes, and lessons learned—and knowing everyone walks away a little better because of it.

We loved getting to show off some of our projects, introduce everyone to our amazing HCH team, and spend time with a group of people who share the same passion for building and growing.

Grateful for a successful week, great conversations, and even better people! 🤍

🏡 At Hannah Custom Homes, we believe a home can change everything.

That’s one of the many reasons Grace Place Ministry is so near and dear to our hearts. ❤️

Grace Place serves single mothers and their children in our community who are experiencing homelessness, providing much more than a temporary place to stay. They walk alongside these families with stable housing, education, life-skills training, mentorship, encouragement and the support needed to help mothers build healthy, safe and independent lives for themselves and their children.

They aren’t simply providing shelter — they’re helping families build a foundation for a completely different future.

Hannah Custom Homes is proud to support Grace Place throughout the year, and right now we have an opportunity to rally our HCH family, friends, clients, vendors and community around an organization that means so much to us.

Grace Place’s annual Grace Vegas event is coming up November 5th, and we’re participating in their fundraising competition to raise as much as possible for this incredible organization.

❤️ We would LOVE your help in showing up BIG for Grace Place!

Whether it’s $10, $25, $100 or more, every donation adds up and helps Grace Place continue the work they are doing for mothers and children right here in our community.

If you’ve ever wondered what a safe place to call home can mean to a family who doesn’t have one, this is an opportunity to help provide that stability, hope and fresh start.

❤️ DONATE HERE:

When donating, please be sure to select Misty Pyle so your donation counts toward our fundraising total.

And if you can, please SHARE this post. Even if you aren’t able to donate, sharing helps us reach more people.

Let’s see what our Hannah community can do when we come together for these families. 🏡❤️

The best part of what we do. 🤍 We officially handed over to the family who gets to call it home.

Built for their life, their style, and all the memories still to come. Welcome home! 🏡

Swipe to see this space progress from a fully blocked storm shelter to a beautiful, functional pantry. ➡️

When Tennessee weather acts up, peace of mind matters. ⛈️

Many of our homeowners request storm shelters, but that doesn’t mean sacrificing valuable square footage. In our home, we designed the pantry to serve double duty as a fully reinforced storm shelter—providing beautiful, functional storage every day and a safe place when severe weather strikes.

When we say custom, this is exactly what we mean. We design each home around the way our clients live, creating thoughtful spaces that meet their unique needs and make every square foot work harder. 🏡
