HHP Inc, located in Henniker, New Hampshire, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking 1st Shift Machine Operator to join our team. Our facility, conveniently located just off RT. 202 & 89, includes a hardwood sawmill, pallet shop, and paper-quality chipping plant. Responsibilities
Set up and operate machines according to production specifications.
Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed to ensure optimal operation.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to maintain efficiency.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet company standards.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues to prevent production delays and maintain workflow.
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Capability to work on feet for extended periods, including bending, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, standing, and walking.
Strong work ethic and good communication skills.
Familiarity with operating machinery in a production process.
Mechanical aptitude.
Reliable transportation.
Pre-Employment Physical required.
Compensation
$28.00 per hour based on experience. 1st Shift Monday-Friday and some Saturdays.

Now Hiring Full-Time Heavy Equipment/Diesel Mechanic
Join the HHP Inc. family. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Heavy Equipment/Diesel Mechanic to support our Operation in Henniker, New Hampshire. We offer a competitive wage, flexible first shift hours, and year-round employment.
You will be responsible for a variety of mechanical duties, including routine service, repairs, and preventive maintenance on our fleet of tractors, trailers, and other heavy equipment.
Responsibilities
-Perform routine service, repairs, and preventive maintenance on company trucks and heavy equipment.
-Complete repair work orders and related paperwork, ensuring they are turned in weekly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
-Perform basic diagnostic and troubleshooting tasks.
-Ensure a safe and clean working environment by complying with company procedures, policies, and regulations.
-Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories, anticipating needs and communicating orders to the Maintenance Supervisor.
-Provide mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
-Prepare mechanical maintenance tracking reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
-Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
-Valid State issued driver’s license.
-1 to 3 years’ experience as a Heavy Equipment/Diesel Technician.
-Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of hydraulics, electrical and diesel engines.
-Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety.

HHP Inc. is looking to bring on a new individual to assist in a variety of mechanical duties. The garage is home to a variety of heavy equipment and a fleet of road tractors and trailers. In search of a motivated individual that can perform routine service and repairs and preventive maintenance in our Henniker, NH shop.

• Complete repair, work orders, and any other related paperwork
• Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting
• Operate all equipment in the repair center in a safe manner, CDL license is not necessary.
• Keep all work areas clean.
Job Requirements:
1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:00pm
Qualifications, Experience & Physical Requirements:
• Minimum of 1–3 years previous work-related experience preferred.
• 18+ Years Old
• Experience with Western Star, Volvo units, John Deere, Hood, & Assorted Forklifts etc.
• AC certification preferred.
• Inspection Station licensing preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work well with others.
• Take direction as needed.
• A proactive work ethic
