Mill Iron Beef just sold out of fillets, 5 lb. boxes of 1/4 lb. patties and flank steaks. Next 2 beefs and one grass-fed ground beef will be picked up August 1st. We have rib eye, KC Strip, t-bones, sirloins, skirt, flat iron and chuck eye steaks in stock. Plus tri tip that are excellent on the grill.

We are sold out of Porterhouse but have everything else in stock along with some 5 lb tubes of ground beef for $35.00 and some 5 lb. boxes of quarter pound patties for $40.00.
