Mill Iron Beef will be at Henryetta Farmers Market Saturday. We are almost out of 1 pound packages, so are limiting to 2 lbs. But we have plenty of 5 lb. tubes that we will bring and we have 5 lb. boxes of 1/4 lb. patties that are $8.00 per pound, $40.00 per box.
We took 2 beef to the butcher this week so will be stocked back up hopefully June 6th. Our beef is good because we feed them out right and our butcher is one of the few that will let it hang for 3 weeks. Let me know if you have any orders I can put together for you. If not come see us on Saturday we are well stocked with fillets, KC Strips, t-bones, chuck eye, sirloins and have a good variety of roasts. Don’t forget our round steaks and stew meat that are $7.00 per pound.

Mill Iron Beef will be at Henryetta Farmers Market from 9:00-2:00. Come on down and buy your Mom a steak. We have all steaks in stock except rib eyes. Come early for the best selection. We have to limit ground beef to 5 lbs. unless you want a 5 lb. tube and then we can do more if you let us know before hand. We also have some 5 lb. boxes of patties for $40.00 a box. Short ribs are on sale for $3.00 per lb.

it’s a beautiful day and we are out here on the corner across from Casey’s with 3 tables full of plants!

10 different varieties of tomatoes, three varieties of cucumbers, two varieties of cantaloupe, zucchini, marigolds, snapdragons, lemon balm, and basil.  I also have just a couple of the hatch chili peppers and one sweet banana pepper plant left for today. 

All individual plants are three dollars, anything sold in six packs is five dollars for a six pack. 

Nanette is here with honey and some of her jellies and tinctures….

We plan to be here until 6 PM .

Mill Iron Beef will be set up at Henryetta Farmers Market Saturday May 2nd. Come get some beef. We have all cuts except rib eye steaks. New cuts in stock: flat iron and chuck eye steaks, $10.00 per pound.

Mill Iron Beef will be set up Saturday May 2nd at 9:00 to sell. Come see us and select your favorite cut. We have some new steak cuts: Chuck eye or flat iron $10.00 per pound. We also have short ribs on sale for $3.00 per pound.
We are currently sold out of rib eye steaks but have good selection of fillets, KC Strip and T-bones.
