Truss delivery is a basic "Roll & Let 'Er Rip" system, but that doesn't always mean easy. Driver experience & finesse really shine on challenging sites, and this drop was a 10/10!

After a month and a half of prep work, the slabs were finally poured last Friday for the new home project on Observation Hill in Duluth. Much thanks to Cedar Drive Excavating, Weets Bros, and the other contractors that helped to get us here!

This is an apartment building frame up we currently have in progress. Not many people see this stage, with very few interior walls up as the crew is sheeting the roof. One side covered, daylight side left to go!

Customers often ask just how effective rigid foam is at keeping out frost, since it is required in Northern Minnesota if your foundation walls are not 5'+ deep. This morning we noticed an great example of just how well it works! You can clearly make out the areas where frost has not been able to pe*****te the ground. ❄
