Here are a few photos from a training exercise we took part in with the Two Harbors Fire Department a couple weekends ago.

We fabricated an old 120 gallon propane tank into a training device that can be used to simulate a propane tank fire. With the tank hooked up to one of our bulk trucks as the fuel source, it provided the firefighters with a realistic scenario in which they could train for.

Teaming up with local fire departments to do these types of trainings are a great way to ensure customer safety in the unlikely event of a propane fire.

As always, if you think you are smelling propane either inside or outside... shut your tank off right away, evacuate the area, and call your propane provider to have the possible leak investigated. If it is an emergency call 911.

The fall chill is soon to be here, and we want to make sure your fuel supply is plentiful for when you decide to fire up the heating system!

We recommend our "Will Call" customers schedule a delivery when the tank is down around 20% for propane, or a 1/4 tank for fuel oil.

We have great rebate incentives going on right now through the MPA for new or existing customers that are looking to make the switch from fuel oil to propane, or are building a new home with propane as the main source of heat. Rebate checks of up to $1,000!
