We have had many great projects and this one we have to add to the list.
We started out with an empty room and turned it into a new master bathroom complete with tile shower. The homeowners did a fantastic job picking out tiles for both shower and floors as well as vanity. Thank you Jason and Samantha for the opportunity to have worked on your project. It was so great working with you both to bring your vision to life.

Hello all you followers and those who are not! Here is a great project we worked on a couple weeks ago. We went from a small walk out to this. A new 12’x12’ deck! What a fantastic new space to have your bbqs, and a drink to go with it! Sit and just enjoy our Maine weather or just read a good book!
We framed up structure and using Foggy Warth composite decking, and picture framed! No look of end grain! Installed all new vinyl railing and r***d with azec trim. A completely maintenance free for years to come!! Thank you Ramona and Kelly for your trust in us! You were so great to work with!
PS! We can not take credit for the gardening shown! Hats of to the homeowners!!

Here is a great project we worked on over the winter. We were givin the following photos the homeowners had drawn up and printed for their master bathroom. They asked, “ can you do this?” I said, “ yes we can.
Following photos is what we started with.
We took out all existing fixtures, shower, jet tub, vanity, mirrror, and tiles off floor and walls.
Last photos show finished project. We installed new tub, built a new walk in shower( used schluter product to water proof) , installed new tile both floor and walls, new vanity cabinets and finished up with a fresh coat of paint. Hard off to Kim ( homeowner) for she picked out all materials. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have been chosen to work on this project and you were all great to work with! We can not thank you enough Patrick and Kim.

What a great project this was. No before pics but old decking was some rotted out pressure treated deck boards painted red. What a great new look to bring this area back to life. So many years to sit on and enjoy. Thank you Mike and Alice. You were so great to work with.

Here is another recent project. We returned to a home we have done many projects already on the first floor. On the second floor, we were asked to remove existing tile shape ceiling in living room and remodel bathroom. The ceiling was pretty easy but the bath room possed aome challenges. We gutted all fixtures. Vanity, toilet, shower as well as striping all paneling and plaster walls down to studs. We dry walled all walls and installed all new fixtures then finished with a fresh got of paint. Thank you Elaine for allowing us to work on your project! Pics are not the best but hope you see the difference. 🤷‍♂️

Hello all, it’s been a while since our last post. That just means we have been busy! Anyway, here is and was a quick project as well as a first.
Using a product called Brickwebb, as you can see it’s well, looks like brick. What a difference it makes to this place. Thank you Bobby and Joann for the opportunity to work on your project.

We have been busy but got a moment to post our recent project in Bradley. We got a call from the homeowner so we rode out to take a look. They had asked to have existing deck removed and completely rebuilt along as the small step into home. We said, YES we can do that. After listening to there requests this is what we came up with. We removed all deck boards and framing and replace with all new pressure treated framing as well as concrete columns to support carriage beam. We installed composite decking and picture framed both deck and stairs. We then installed new vinyl railing system. We then closed off underneath with T -1 11 material. The last part of project was to assemble the canopy. It came in a kit. This was a great project to work on but what it one of our most favorite?, meeting and working with the homeowners Anita and Mike. It was so great to get to know you both throughout project! Have a great time enjoying your new deck and making new memories for years to come. I can not thank you enough for the opportunity to build your vision.

Well this was a first for us! We removed existing 2x4 ceiling tiles and dated lights. We leveled out the grid and added missing pieces. Then installed this ceiling product. It is made of the same foam like material as the suspended ceiling tiles you see in most stores or restaurants. Took some trial and error at first but we figured it out! We also add new lighting! What a great project! I do have to give props to Tricia ( homeowner ) for the painting and tile work. Thank you so much to both Mike and Tricia for trusting us with your project!
