Today's production for next fall is New England Hot Melt, another product difficult to produce outside of winter weather.

We're already bagging salt for next season. Some blends, such as Arctic Runner, are difficult to produce in the Fall when it is still humid and warm. The magnesium chloride pellets and calcium chloride pellets in the mix will pull moisture right out of the air, liquify, and then harden up the whole bag of salt.
