After 20 years of construction, I've decided to stop. I actually "retired" several months ago. Recently there's been more hits on the page, so I decided it would be best to make an announcement.

I still have great trade partners if anyone would like a referral. In fact, for the last 6 years I've been the Town of Herndon's "Neighborhood Improvement Coordinator". Housing Advocate is easier to say and provides more understanding. I help low and moderate income TOH residents maintain their homes, with Federal assistance, and advise self-paying clients how to avoid being ripped off by unscrupulous contractors. If you're planning anything and would like some advice, reach out on my personal page. I don't monitor this one much.

Dinner on the Lufthansa flight to Frankfurt. I was impressed with the service throughout the flight, the quality and taste of the food, and the attention to detail. Would be happy to fly with them again!
