TGC was proud to participate in the 2026 Breakthrough T1D Real Estate Games, spending the day connecting with industry partners, strengthening our team, and supporting Breakthrough T1D's important work.

From intense rounds of Jenga to friendly competition across the field, the day combined a little healthy rivalry with a shared commitment to making a difference. Most importantly, it brought people together in support of a great cause.

Please join us in welcoming Leo Duke to TRINITY as our Director of Estimating! 👏

Leo brings over 13 years of experience in the construction industry, with a well-rounded background in preconstruction, estimating, and project management. His experience spans mission-critical, commercial, multifamily, office interiors, food & beverage, and hospitality sectors, giving him a strong, versatile perspective across project types.

Prior to joining TGC, Leo supported hyperscale data center clients as a Senior Preconstruction Manager, leading projects from early pursuit through ex*****on. He has a proven track record of building strong client relationships, developing accurate, strategic budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex work in high-demand environments.

Outside the office, Leo enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, exploring wine, skiing on both coasts, scuba diving, clay shooting, golfing, and making the occasional Costco run.
