It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of not only a wonderful family friend, but the first hired driver for Parmer Metered Concrete, Don Bilger. Bilger was often referred to as Tiny although his stature, personality and heart were anything but small. Bilger came to work at Parmer Metered Concrete during our first year in 2007 and he helped lay the foundation for us to grow. He will be greatly missed and we are thankful to have known him.
