Hey y'all! 👋

If you're new around here, welcome! We're Hank + Emily Chambers - the owners of Appalachian Metal Works — a small, local welding and fabrication business serving North Georgia and the surrounding areas.

We build all kinds of custom metal projects, from handrails, privacy panels, trailer racks, heavy equipment repairs, CNC signs to one-of-a-kind fabrication projects.

A lot of the projects we take on start with a simple idea, a problem that needs solving, or someone saying, “Do you think you could build this?”

That's our favorite kind of work.

Whether you've got a project that's already drawn out or just an idea in your head, we'd love to hear about it.

We're proud to call North Georgia home and even more proud of the work we've been able to do for our local customers.

We built this metal frame for this beautiful epoxy river that had some major bowing issues. Attached to the frame, we created custom slotted plates, which help hold the table flat while also allowing for expansion and contraction during seasonal weather changes.

There’s something special about helping improve homes right here in the North Georgia mountains.

This beautiful log cabin in Young Harris went from aging wood railings to custom-built metal railings and handrails that will look great and last for years to come.

We love creating pieces that are both functional and beautiful, and this project turned out amazing.
