At the end of May, we celebrated an incredible milestone as we congratulate Rob Aro on his retirement after 20 years with NewCon!

From the very beginning of our company, Rob has been an essential part of our journey. As a member of our sales team, he helped build lasting relationships with customers and played a key role in growing NewCon into the trusted manufacturer of knife gate valves that we are today.
