Several contractors visited the property but concluded that installing a ductless system would be too difficult because of the home's unusual architecture, limited access, and challenging line-set routing.

The refrigerant lines were strategically routed through the tower using precise planning and expert craftsmanship, creating a clean, professional finish with minimal visual impact. Inside, the Mitsubishi Electric indoor unit was perfectly positioned to provide efficient, year-round comfort in the upper tower space.
