This March at Costco only. The Sojag Messina is on sale. Anywhere from $300-$700 off depending on the size. Just a little info on the Sojag. If you've been shopping around for gazebos, you may notice a lot of the gazebos look exactly the same. Well, basically they're all a copycat of the original. Which is the Sojag.

Purple leaf, Kozyard Alexander, Erommy, Domi, Malcomm and other gazebos all just took the plans from Sojag, copied it and made their own. Now, I'm not saying the others aren't good gazebos. It's just that the Sojag, in my opinion, look the nicest, go together the best and rarely do we have any problems. Like damages/scratches.

Just like with us, we are one of the original companies doing this sort of work and you can't beat the originals! 😁 Now you can buy that gazebo you always wanted and use the savings and hire us to install it!

Need space for your fall/winter clothes? Have a spare bedroom you'd like to turn into a beautiful walk-in closet? Pax Wardrobes from IKEA are a great option. Installed properly, these will last forever. I have had mine for over 15 years and have never even had to replace as much as a clothes rail. Completely customizable, if something were to break, like a drawer, just run down to ikea and pick up a new one. There's a million different ways to make your closet work for you. I post a lot about gazebos, which are great but let's take a look at Pergolas. Before a couple years ago, to me, they were nothing more than a bit of shading to sit under. Never really liked the concept IMO.

Now though, they started to make what are called Louvered Pergolas. Basically, with the simple crank of a pole, you have the option of opening and closing your roof. The crank either closes the roof completely, making it waterproof. Any water that accumulates up top, travels to the included gutter system and down the posts. Don't believe me, check out the 9th Pic where we were working in the rain and not a drop came in. Or it gives you the option of sitting more in the sun while also giving you a bit more air.

Nosey neighbors? Hansø Homes gots you covered, literally! They sells screens that pull up and down effortlessly, giving you privacy from all sides. These are definitely impressive.

Gazebos are still great and much more popular, but I think pergolas may gain some share in the future. They're sleek, versatile, modern looking and do the exact same thing as a gazebo with options. It definitely can get quite hot inside a gazebo when the sun is shining directly on them. Check these out from Hansø Homes, Purple leaf and Sorara .

It's HOT out there but who wants to sit inside all summer? There's nothing better than being outside as much as you can during the summer, sometimes you just need a little something to block out the sun. Or a big something. These also make a great place to chill under at night with friends! Or watch a ball game or football game during the fall.

First 3 pics are two gazebos we built for a wonderful customer of ours! Over 450 SQ ft of sheltered space. A 12x24' and a 12x16' right next to each other. That's a lot of space! Also perfect for huge parties. You can add bar tables, mosquito netting and even a gutter system. These are gazebos made to last a very long time.

All of these gazebos are extremely difficult to assemble, so leave it to us for that. We are the team you need to get these up correctly. Based on Long Island in NY (been getting a lot of requests from around the country)

Yardistry Grand Gazebo 12x14' is back in stock at Costco! Been out for about a week or two. Get em' while you can! They will fly off the shelves again. This is the best bang for your buck when it comes to any wood gazebo on the market right now. If you're looking for a gazebo that will last 20 years. I'd say this is the one. 750 lbs and sturdy as can be. These are the best! Contact us for installation!

Costco recently called us to assemble/install some of their display pieces! When you want your gazebo to look like it's intended to, it's very simple, you contact B&B's!

These are quite difficult to assemble for the average person having almost 1500 screws, 150 different pieces of metal and wood and weighing in at almost 800lbs. It's not something you want to 'try and tackle over the weekend'. We will make it look easy but it is not. This one we had to do somewhat fast because of time restraints and got it done in the little time we had and it came out perfect as usual!

This is the 12x14' Grand Gazebo by Yardistry and its a beautiful gazebo. You will own this for at least 20 years in my opinion. The price is incredible when compared to other gazebos since the quality of a Yardistry so far is unmatched in my opinion. I have a feeling we're going to be very busy with these this summer! Bring it on!

These beds are perfect for smaller apartments where you'd like to have that second bed but only when a guest is there! We installed these last week! Check them out! Spring tension makes it simple to lift and drop down. Perfect for that extra space on the wall. They also have sofabeds and tablebeds. If you have questions on where to get these, contact us!
