June is Pride Month.

It's a time to recognize the many individuals and communities that contribute to the places where we live and work every day.

At Infinite Consulting Corp, we believe people deserve to be treated fairly and with respect. That principle guides how we work with our colleagues, clients, partners, and communities.
Happy Pride Month.

Good cost estimating gives project teams more than a number.

It creates a clearer understanding of the work ahead, the scope, quantities, assumptions, priorities and constraints that influence every decision that follows.

When that information is organized early, teams can see budget pressure sooner, compare options with better context, and make smarter trade-offs before small issues become expensive ones.

At Infinite Consulting Corp, cost estimating supports stronger planning, clearer budget visibility, and more confident decision-making throughout the project.

Better information early leads to better decisions throughout the work.

Projects usually begin showing signs of strain long before construction teams arrive on site.

The early phase carries more influence than people think. Initial assumptions, incomplete coordination, unclear responsibilities, and disconnected planning conversations can quietly affect everything that follows.

By the time schedule pressure or budget concerns become obvious, the foundation for those issues has usually been in place for months.

The strongest projects are built differently from the start. Responsibilities are clearly defined. Coordination happens early and consistently. Risks are identified while there is still time to respond properly. Teams operate with shared visibility instead of fragmented information.

That early structure matters more than most people realize. It influences how decisions are made, how quickly issues are addressed, and how well a project holds together once complexity increases.

Strong projects rarely happen by accident.

Today, we remember those who served our country with courage and gave everything in return.

Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.

More than 300 safety professionals, industry leaders, public agencies, labor representatives, and contractors came together at Building Trades Employers' Association BTEA New York’s SAFEBUILD forum to discuss the future of construction safety across New York.

Infinite Consulting Corp was proud to attend and support an event centered on collaboration, accountability, and safer project delivery throughout the industry.

It was an honor connecting with Commissioner Ahmed Tigani (NYC Buildings), Persuad (NYC Buildings) , VP of Safety, Ausberto Huertas (Metropolitan Transportation Authority - MTA) , Juan Arias (NYC Buildings) and many other leaders helping move important safety conversations forward.

Congratulations to this year’s SAFEBUILD award recipients:
🏆 Dan DeRosa, JDP Mechanical, inc - Safety Innovation Award

It was an honor to reconnect with NYC Buildings Department of Buildings Commissioner, Ahmed Tigani, and learn more about his vision for the future of the NYC Department of Buildings and the city’s built environment.

As a firm deeply committed to NYC DOB safety, accountability, and building better futures across our industry, conversations like these matter. Strong leadership, collaboration, and open dialogue continue to play an important role in moving New York forward responsibly.

Thank you to the New York Building Congress for consistently bringing industry leaders together for meaningful discussions and collaboration. Special thanks to Carlo Scissura (New York Building Congress) and STV for hosting the Council of Presidents meeting, and to Greg Kelly (STV), Council of Presidents Chair, for bringing industry leaders together for these important discussions.

From the outside, well-run projects can look effortless
But behind every coordinated milestone, schedule update, field walkthrough, and stakeholder meeting is a constant flow of communication, oversight, decision-making, and accountability keeping everything connected.

Strong PM/CM support helps prevent smaller gaps from turning into project-wide problems.

It creates structure around the work:
• clearer communication between teams
• stronger field visibility
• schedule and cost alignment
• consistent documentation and accountability
• faster issue escalation and resolution
• better decision support for owners and stakeholders

The strongest projects are usually the ones where information moves clearly, teams stay aligned, and problems are identified while they’re still manageable.
That level of coordination does not happen accidentally. It requires disciplined oversight from planning through ex*****on.

At Infinite Consulting Corp, our PM/CM support focuses on helping projects move forward with greater clarity, stronger coordination, and more reliable outcomes across every phase of delivery.

Because complex projects perform better when teams are working from the same picture.

Infinite Consulting Corp is always proud to support the ACE Mentor Program of Greater New York, Inc. and its continued investment in the future of the AEC industry.

The 29th Annual Scholarship Luncheon was a strong reminder of how mentorship, education, and industry support continue to open doors for the next generation entering construction, engineering, and real estate.

Congratulations to this year’s honorees Sujohn Sarkar, Amanda Rogers, P.E., and Christopher J. Zegler, along with all of the scholarship recipients recognized throughout the event. Thank you as well to the ACE committee members and everyone involved in making the luncheon possible.

We also extend our appreciation to the Scholarship Luncheon Committee members whose leadership and commitment helped make the event possible: Arthur J. Alzamora Jr., Mark Coe, Thomas McGoldrick, John Pierce, Phil Simone, and Chris Zegler.

Supporting future industry leaders is one of the most meaningful ways we can continue building better futures together.

On complex builds, cost pressure rarely starts where it becomes visible.

It builds early through gaps in coordination, incomplete assumptions, and limited visibility across teams.

At Two Manhattan West, a 58-story tower in a high-density environment, maintaining alignment across disciplines was critical from day one. The scale and pace demanded more than reactive management.

Through consistent site safety audits, Infinite Consulting Corp. introduced structure where it matters most, on the ground.

That meant clearer visibility into evolving site conditions, stronger alignment across teams, and accountability embedded in daily ex*****on. Issues were identified earlier, decisions were made with more confidence, and the project stayed controlled as it progressed.
On projects of this scale, outcomes are shaped long before problems surface.

The advantage comes from seeing earlier and acting with precision.
