We’re proud to support Fourth Elm Construction and Jowat Corporation on this exciting expansion in Trinity, NC!

DMP’s role includes site planning, grading and erosion control design, storm drainage, utility coordination, driveway/access plans, permitting support, and construction-phase services. We’re grateful to be part of a project that supports continued growth and investment here in the Carolinas.

Fourth Elm is beginning work with Jowat Corporation on an 11,000 sf addition that includes expanded tank storage, dedicated truck loading and unloading access, and a fire truck bypass lane to support safer and more efficient site movement. 🛣️

Headquartered in Detmold, Germany, Jowat SE is one of the world’s leading suppliers of industrial adhesives, serving the woodworking, furniture, paper and packaging, graphic arts, textile, automotive, and electrical industries. A fresh approach to pumping systems that’s designed to eliminate the wet well and rethink maintenance, safety, and efficiency.

Here, one of our experienced surveyors is walking a teammate through the process — from setting up the equipment to capturing precise data. At DMP, we take training seriously because the quality of our work starts with the people behind the instruments.

Of course, a little sunshine and a good team don’t hurt either.

Happy Employee Appreciation Day! 🎉

This week we celebrated our team with a visit from Touch of Philly Food Truck at our High Point office. They served up cheesesteaks, fries, specialty eggrolls, fresh lemonade, and plenty of good conversation along the way. Great food, great weather, and even better company made it a perfect excuse to step outside, catch up with teammates, and enjoy lunch together.

At DMP, we’re grateful every day for the people who make our work possible—but it’s always nice to pause and celebrate them.

Our roaming office cat—but he still showed up to oversee operations. 🐈
