Here is a Beautiful home we finished up earlier this summer and as all Jobs are equally important this one touched the KFIVE hearts a little different!!

Way back in the very early KFive days a home was built and over the years we were lucky enough to go back for remodels,a shed and an unbelievable concrete deck/backyard living addition! Spring of 24 tragedy struck and the home was hit by lightning. Luckily nobody was hurt but the house was a complete loss.
One thing I learned from Steve years ago is that you don’t have a client for 5-6 months, you have clients and friendships for life. That is something we strive for here at KFIVE. So with a full schedule,cold nasty winter and the wetest spring recorded the entire team came together and we were able to get them back into their home. I know this story started as one of the worst days of your life but I hope it ended with your dream home!!
Thank you for all the years of trust and loyalty but most of all the years of friendships!!
