Apparently bonobos solve a lot of their problems with friendship, teamwork, and sticking together… honestly? Kinda sounds like a great neighborhood. 😂

Andrew’s basically a walking wildlife encyclopedia at this point, and we’re here for it.

This is exactly why we chose South Hills for our Salt Lake Parade of Homes entry. 🏔️

The views here are unreal.

Even the basement windows open up to massive panoramic mountain views that completely change the feeling of the home. Natural light pours in, the mountains feel endless, and every level of the home feels connected to the landscape around it.

Lots like this are incredibly rare… and when thoughtful design meets a location this special, the experience of the home becomes something entirely different.

And honestly… it’s easy to see why this one sold in less than a week with multiple offers.

From the oversized windows and soaring ceilings…
to the incredible kitchen and open gathering spaces…
every part of this home was designed to feel bright, welcoming, and connected.

But one of the biggest transformations came from the incredible staging by .home_ . Their talented team always delivers, and they completely changed the feeling of the space by bringing warmth, texture, and personality into every room. It’s amazing how much intentional staging can elevate a home and help people emotionally connect to it.
