As 2025 comes to a close I would like to thank all of our customers,employees and vendors for another great year. With several great projects this year it made for a memorable year. We built over 4 million square feet of warehouses, moved over 1 million yards of dirt and stabilized close to 300 acres. As we bring in a new year we hope to make 2026 even better !

It’s been a wet spring this year, but we’ve pushed through it and been hard at work with numerous projects nearing completion. This project is an 8-acre substation pad in Carthage, Texas. It included over 30,000 cubic yards of onsite cut and fill, cement stabilization of 200,000 sqft. From start to finish in under three weeks’ time.

It’s been a busy couple months. From fighting weather, to keeping equipment running. These guys are the best at what they do and I couldn’t do it without them. You are only as good as the people you surround yourself with. So, when the acrp fishing tournament came up and we were a trout sponsor. I knew who would be on the team immediately. We finished fifth out of 50 teams. It was nice and hot. And the big fish got away 😂

Things are moving fast on the new Bennett trucking yard in Dayton This job will require 12” of lime stabilizing with 4000 tons of hydrated lime with 50,000 tons of crushed concrete base on top

Finished up a nice 3 acre stabilization job off 1942. Moved 12,000 cubic yards from an onsite pond. Lime stabilized the subgrade and installed 8” of crushed concrete base.

Finishing up some out of town projects for good friends and clients at medders construction. We completed the demo and earthwork for a new take 5 car wash in Odessa last month. After completion we moved over to El Paso to demo a existing 3 story building built in the 1960’s. Built with enough rebar to withstand a nuclear strike it seems. We hauled out over 200,000 lbs of rebar. Now to head back home and get ready to start a 650,000 sqft warehouse in Baytown.

Update on the Bayport 146 Distribution Center for Rosenberger Construction:
All earthwork completed, ahead of schedule!
All stabilization completed, now just waiting on concrete.
