CM & C Design and Development, LLC is established as a “Rapid Acquisition”, “Specialty Needs” manufacturing asset and resource entity. CM & C is a fully licensed fi****ms manufacturer through BATF and carries DoD credentials along with Joint Certification from DLA for sensitive data.
CM & C has designed the 17mm munitions along with the 17mm Long Range Shotgun for civilian use. The 17mm shot shell along with the 17mm Shotgun will be the first major innovation in shot gunning in the last century. The 17mm shotgun and munitions have been approved for production from BATF and is designed to fire a maximum 750g load at 2400 fps. The design is for a 3 shot and 5 shot semi-automatic shotgun. This round produces 10,000 ft/lbs of muzzle energy. The recoil is managed by CM & C’s “Recoil Reduction System” which reduces the felt recoil to the same level as firing a 3” magnum standard shotgun. Further designs of the 17mm munitions and the 17mm HBR (Heavy Battle Rifle, 21lbs. with a loaded 20 round magazine) have been submitted for consideration by the military.
