Another company in Phoenix diagnosed a leak in the condenser coil, the system was out of refrigerant and needed a coil replacement at a cost of $8000.00. The home warranty company was to cover 50% and the balance the customer needed to pay. The customer gave us a call and we went out and found the system a little low on refrigerant it was such a small amount 14 ounces it was probably just gage loss when techs hook up gages and remove a few ounces from system it being a 11 years old. We added a little refrigerant and did a maintenance on the system and billed the customer $250.00. It’s unfortunate there are dishonest companies with inexperienced and unqualified technicians out there. We do honest work. A happy customer is a future customer and a referring customer.
