Pool days are one step closer for this customer in Blackshear, Georgia. We started by removing all grass and root material to create a clean foundation. Using our transit laser, we established the perfect grade before precision leveling the area with our skid steer to ensure a flat surface ready for the next phase of their backyard project.

The machines definitely earned their keep on this one!

We transformed this property into a build ready lot that’s now prepared for whatever the homeowner has planned. We started by forestry mulching the perimeter, then removed the remaining trees, root raked the entire property, burned all tree and root debris, and finished with a clean harley rake pass to condition and smooth the soil to finish.

Another parking lot completed!

We started by Harley raking the existing rock to bring the material back to the surface. Once the base was reworked, we graded and leveled it to smooth finish. Then, we hauled in 4 loads of clean asphalt millings, spreading them evenly for proper drainage and durability. To finish the job, we compacted the surface by rolling it multiple times to achieve a solid finish.
