Another transformation. ✔️

We took this office to the next level by opening it up into a two story space, exposing the original brick and restoring the character of the walls. Custom steel railing were added, along with built in shelving, updated flooring, and modern lighting throughout.

Update on our portion of the outlet mall project. This phase is officially complete. The new entrance adds a fresh, modern look and really begins to transform this space.

While other work continues across the property, we’ve wrapped up our scope for this phase. Paint and future tenant finishes will come later, we’re proud of the progress so far.

Phase two coming soon.

We’re excited to keep the momentum going. 🔥

Front gable demo is being wrapped up at this commercial property in Hillsboro.

We removed the existing gable structure and sheet metal, completed necessary framing repairs, and are now prepping the façade for new sheathing, moisture barrier, and wire mesh in preparation for acrylic stucco.

Big transformation happening here.

We broke ground on this new build in Hillsboro two months ago, and thanks to our partnership with Blue Guardians LLC, the project has remained on schedule with completion right around the corner.

▪️ Modern new build with dark siding, masonry accents, and a cedar-style garage door.

New Residential Build in Progress

We’re moving forward on a new build here in Hillsboro in partnership with Blue Guardians LLC. The pad work is officially underway. This stage is all about precision, leveling, compacting, and setting the base that will support everything to come.

We will be moving into the next phase soon. Stay tuned for updates on this project, and for a look inside the lake house we’ll be uploading soon.

This Hill County custom build was designed with a focus on the view. Our clients wanted a home tall enough to showcase the lake, while also giving them a modern, functional space. We worked with them to bring that vision to life.

The result:

◾️ Two-car garage on the ground level
◾️ Second floor apartment w/ modern living space
◾️ Rooftop deck built for lake views 🌅
