We are an FAA-certified repair station (license # LJER093G) and a factory-authorized service center for Bell, Cessna, Robinson and Lycoming. We represent over 40 of the industry's leading manufacturers and can assist in finding the right product to meet your needs. The charter division operates a large fleet of Bell helicopters for a variety of utility operations, including firefighting, construction, seismic work and survey operations and Hawker Beechcraft King Air C90s for executive charter, scenic tours and cargo operations. We're hiring! Come work with the people who make it happen: meet Nicole.

Nicole's pretty cool. She's been flying helicopters for 28 years and just celebrated her 23rd anniversary with Hillsboro Aviation. 🚁

By summer, she flies our Airbus H145D3 on aerial firefighting missions around the United States. By winter, she flies either our H145D3 or H125 on power line missions. In 2021, Nicole received the Department of Interior's Citizen's Award for Bravery for a rescue in the Tetons.

That same drive shows up in how she spends her time off. A former member of the Swiss Ski team, Nicole has biked thousands of miles on multi-year journeys through South and Central America. She's traced Iceland’s Ring Road by bicycle and ridden sections of the Silk Road from the Middle East to China. On foot, she’s crossed the Zanskar Trail in India’s Ladakh region, hiked the John Muir Trail, the Haute Route from Chamonix to Zermatt, and Patagonia’s W and O circuits — plus countless miles around El Chaltén and Iceland’s Southern Highlands. 🌍

Cirrus SR22T Annual Inspection Complete

Our Service Center team recently wrapped up a thorough annual inspection on a Cirrus SR22T—making sure it’s fully prepared for safe and enjoyable flights in the year ahead.

The project included:
- Battery checks & replacements
- New TKS filter- Carbon monoxide detector replacement
- ELT battery service- Injector cleaning & mag timing
- 500-hour inspections for both alternators
- 5-year hydrostatic test of the oxygen bottle

With these key items complete, this SR22T is ready to deliver reliable performance and peace of mind for its next adventures.

Bell 407 Maintenance Highlights

Recently, our Part 145 Repair Station team completed a series of scheduled inspections on a Bell 407, including:
- 12-month & 24-month inspections
- 1,200-hour inspection
- 60-month main rotor transmission inspection

Alongside those milestones, our technicians also:
-- Overhauled the input driveshaft
-- Repaired a leaking hydraulic tail rotor servo
-- Installed new crew wedge windows

Each task plays a crucial role in keeping this aircraft flying safely and efficiently. We’re proud of the quality work accomplished and look forward to supporting more Bell 407 operators in the year ahead.

Avionics Upgrade Complete! Our avionics crew recently transformed a King Air 200C with a full panel upgrade designed to boost both performance and safety.

This upgrade included:
- GFC 600 Autopilot
- Dual GTN-750Xi GPS/Nav/Comm units
- GTX 345 + GTX 335 transponders
- GWX 75 Weather Radar
- G600 TXi Glass Cockpit Suite

With its new digital display system and enhanced situational awareness, this aircraft is equipped for years of safer, more efficient operation.
