Your tire's sidewall contains the information needed to determine the correct chain size. Knowing where to find those numbers can save time and help ensure the best fit.

You'll find it molded into the sidewall of your tire as a series of numbers and letters, such as 175/60R14

Here's what each part means:
✅ 175 – Tire width in millimeters
✅ 60 – Aspect ratio (sidewall height as a percentage of the width)
✅ R – Radial construction
✅ 14 – Wheel diameter in inches

When selecting tire chains, the most important information is your tire size (175/60R14). Using the correct size helps ensure proper fit, safe operation, and optimal performance.
