Got the boys back to work! Another pressure washing and exterior paint job!

Wheelchair ramp. After 9 yards of concrete we were able to blend this into the style of the home quite nicely. 🙏

Just a little upgrade to a small shower.
Tile and fixtures from Home Depot, and epoxy grout with gold flecks from Carpet Isle.
Thanks to plumber Lopaka for relocating the shower head and handle to center, and Loretta Montibon for finding me gold flecks for my grout!
Even though this shower is pretty small, now it feels quite elegant!
Vanity upgrade pics coming soon 😉👌

Part of loving this business is taking something with potential and giving it new life and beauty!
Here is the transformation of a unique two home property that just needed some attention!
We ripped off old trex decking that was completely rotten ( yes trex does not last on our side of the island) then removed all of the rotten floor joists. Installed new support beams and new floor joists @16" on center, and prepainted and installed new 2x6 decking and railing! We will be repairing the roof and making sure the eaves properly cover the new deck so this one lasts forever! We are in the process of painting the exterior and interior of the both homes and making a nice kitchenette in the smaller home! More pics to come!

I just want to thank JD Penn and Lorainne Shin for giving us (Artistic Construction and Design) the honor of being the General Contractors for the largest project we have ever contracted in Hilo. Not only were we the General Contractors for the new UFC BJ Penn Gym, located in the old Hilo Lanes building, Brandon S Clark and I were tasked with setting nearly 12,000 Sq ft of tile for the mens and women's lockers rooms! Not a small job! 😉
The amount of support from the community we experienced on a daily basis, was truly inspiring! We feel honored to be part of it.
🙏
Here are some pics of the project for fun!
