Sleeth Tower is currently seeking local tower climbers to Chicago and surrounding markets. Must be able to travel.

Sprint, TMO, US Cel, MW, Small Cel, Tower Stacks, Civil

We are looking for a valid drivers license with a good driving record. OSHA 10, Comtrain, RF safety, CPR

This is a list of benefits employees receive with full time status

Health Insurance -We currently provide health insurance to all full time employees. We cover 75% of the cost of insurance for the employee and 50% of the cost of dependents. The insurance becomes available to employees the first of the month after 60 days of employment. We currently have Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance.

Dental assistance -We will reimburse employees for dental expenses for full time employees. We have an in house policy where an employee will earn 300.00 dollars per year towards dental expenses if they are single, and 400.00 per year if married. There is a cap of 1400.00 dollars that can be accrued. The employee must provide a paid receipt for dental expenses and will be reimbursed the money that they have accrued. These funds are only paid out for reimbursement, and are not available to the employee upon departure or termination.

Simple Plan -We have a retirement plan set up with Edward Jones called a Simple Plan. An employee is eligible to sign up for a retirement saving plan after 30 days employment. The employee can contribute up to 12,500 of their pay yearly towards this plan if under the age of 50. If over 50, 15,000 can be contributed. The contribution rate can be anywhere from 1% to 20% of pay. (Determined by the employee) Sleeth Electric will match contributions up to 3%. An advisor will help each employee who enrolls, in the allocation of their contributions. (stocks, bonds ect…)

Vacation pay starts accruing for full time employees the first day of employment. During the first year of employment 40 hours of vacation will accrue. During the second, third, forth and fifth year of employment 80 hours of vacation will accrue. After 5 years of employment, the start of the sixth year, 120 hours of vacation will accrue. The total of accrued hours is listed on the stubs of every paycheck, showing hours available and hours used. Vacation hours will not accrue once 200 hours have been reached. All available vacation hours accrued will pay out upon departure or termination. When wanting to use vacation hours, simply let us know, how many hours you would like to use during the period.
