Boiler upgrade complete! 🔥

The old cast iron boiler was running high CO levels and operating inefficiently, so we worked with the homeowner to install a high-efficiency combi boiler.

The new system provides both heat and on-demand hot water, allowing us to remove the old gas water heater. We also tied the system into a 3-zone ready wall for efficient control of all three heating zones.

Another AC fixed and ready for the warm weather 🙌❄️

We found and repaired a leak in the system, then made sure everything was sealed and holding strong overnight 👍

After that, we cleaned out the system properly and recharged it so it’s running cold and efficient again 💨
