Meet Elliott Wilson, a proactive civil designer and project manager who helps build the infrastructure Georgia communities depend on.

As Civil Designer and Project Manager at ME Sack Engineering, Elliott leads the design and development of critical infrastructure for residential, commercial, and educational projects across the state. He guides clients through complex permitting and approvals and has played a key leadership role in subdivision expansions and public school developments.

Committed to collaboration, Elliott works alongside clients and local governments to build consensus and move projects forward.

Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Georgia's Lowcountry with his wife, Erin, and their daughter, Emilia Rae.

Delaney Lann is an Environmental Engineer at M.E. Sack Engineering, where she handles the analysis, design, and implementation of water and wastewater systems and technologies for municipal and land development projects in communities along the Georgia coast.

A proud Tiger, Delaney graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and has earned her E.I.T. certification. During her time at Clemson, she spent years conducting water quality testing and research at the Clemson Watershed Center for Excellence, experience that now equips her to help clients evaluate, analyze, and overcome the environmental obstacles of a project from conception to completion.

From the lab to the coast, Delaney is helping build the infrastructure that keeps Georgia's water systems and communities thriving.

Long before the first piece of equipment arrives on site, there’s work happening behind the scenes to prepare a project for construction.

From surveying existing conditions and developing a site plan to designing infrastructure, planning for stormwater, navigating permitting requirements, and preparing construction documents, civil engineers help turn a vision for a property into a plan that can be built.

At M.E. Sack Engineering, our team works across disciplines to help guide projects from the earliest stages of planning through construction, laying the groundwork for infrastructure and development that will serve our communities for years to come.
