Cool little project we just wrapped in Framingham. Torch down roof with poor drainage. Added 1-3” of roof grade SPF to pitch to drains & top coat with Castagra Ecodur. This roof is now bulletproof for many years to come.

GCP PREPRUFE® waterproofing going down on 3 elevator pits in Pembroke MA.

The white membrane has a coating that chemically bonds to the concrete. It’s one of the only waterproofing membranes that allows a foundation to be fully submerged in groundwater (up to 231’ of head pressure 😮)
