Cold mornings can expose heating problems at the worst time for a busy building. 🏢 A preseason check can help Chattanooga offices, restaurants, retail spaces, and light industrial facilities spot airflow, control, and equipment concerns before colder weather puts the system under pressure.

Plan commercial heating service before comfort or operations are disrupted. Call Action Air at 423-719-4422.

Once the windows stay closed for fall, stale air can settle in faster than you expect. 🌿 Dust, lingering odors, humidity swings, and weak airflow can make a Chattanooga home feel less comfortable even when the temperature looks right.

A clean filter and steady airflow are good places to start. If the house still feels stuffy, Action Air can help you explore practical indoor air quality options.

Breathe easier this fall. Call 423-719-4422 to schedule service.

That first cold Tennessee Valley morning is a bad time to discover the heat will not start. 🔧

Before temperatures drop, switch the thermostat to heat, set it a few degrees above room temperature, and give the system a few minutes to respond. Pay attention to unusual sounds or odors during startup.

Test it now, while there is still time to plan. Call Action Air at 423-719-4422 to schedule heating service.

Fire Prevention Week is a good time to check the basics before the heat comes on for the season. 🔥

Keep supply vents and returns clear, replace a dirty filter, and test your smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. If startup brings a persistent burning smell or an unusual sound, do not ignore it.

Start heating season with fewer surprises. Call Action Air at 423-719-4422 to schedule service.
