General Help/Laborer
Sampson Heating & Air Conditioning in Hixton is looking for an individual to help our installers and technicians with HVAC equipment installations with the opportunity to grow into a technician. Basic duties will include but not limited to: assisting with installing furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, boilers, some sheet metal fabrication, and delivering equipment to jobsites. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, must be dependable and have a desire to work in a team environment. Must be capable to lift up to 75 lbs. Past or current HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or maintenance experience helpful but not required. This is full time work with advancement opportunities, benefits and long term employment with the right work ethic and performance.

Preferred candidates will have a degree in HVAC or equivalent work experience in the industry or related industry. Strong electrical knowledge is needed along with solid mechanical abilities. We are willing to train the right individual with similar background.
Qualified candidates must have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license. Must be able to present themselves to customers in a professional manner and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Must be available for after hour rotational service calls.

-One to cover the Melrose, Galesville, Trempealeau & Ettrick areas. Company vehicle would be provided. Applicant would not be required to drive to Hixton every day.

-One to cover the Hixton & surrounding areas.

These are full-time, long-term positions with a growing company located in Hixton WI. Duties included are: Residential and light commercial service & installation of HVAC equipment including, furnaces, RTU's, air conditioning equipment, boilers and Geothermal.

New Office
If you've driven past our office recently, you've noticed a change in scenery. Our old warehouse was taken down and our new warehouse/office is being built behind the old office. Chris, Dan and Gina bought the business from Donnie back in 2010, and with the continued support of the community, they are excited to be expanding the business. We are still in our old office while the construction is going on. Thank you to all our customers past, present and future and we look forward to taking care of all your HVAC needs.
