The CMB Measurement & Services LLC staff was hard at work yesterday getting all of the kinks worked out on our beautiful new ball prover. With a lot of luck, patients, and well rounded knowledge we were able to get the first prove and pass of this journey we are taking.

We offer specialized services including lact unit troubleshooting and maintenance, meter proving, gas meter calibration, and pump and motor repair. We also provide witnessing services for meter proving and shakeout witnessing. Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Gas Measurement Technician. The Gas Measurement Technician will be responsible for calibrating gas meters, troubleshooting and maintaining measurement equipment, and setting meter runs. Day-to-day tasks also include performing static and DP gas calibrations, injection meter calibration, and plate inspections. Additional responsibilities include seal changes, pump repair and replacement, and motor troubleshooting. The technician will also be involved in witnessing meter proving and shakeout processes.

Qualifications

Experience in gas meter calibration, injection meter calibration, and static and DP gas calibration
Skills in troubleshooting and maintaining measurement equipment
Proficiency in setting meter runs and plate inspections
Technical skills in seal changes, pump repair and replacement, and motor troubleshooting
Ability to work independently and remotely
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Relevant technical certifications or equivalent experience in the field
