Effective September 1, 2026– repair work and all “job shop” services will be provided directly through ShaeleeFab LLC while our new division— WALMAX Manufacturing will focus on newly fabricated and 100% in-house manufactured items (IE off-road performance, outdoor merchandise, etc.)

In despair and needing a repair… no feeling is worse than being on vacation and trapped 5 hours from home because of down equipment. As these Hatfield McCoy Trails riders were in the area, they were commuting home when the trailer leaf spring axle mount had broke leaving a loose axle and essentially stranded.

We were able to get them in the shop after hours on a late night emergency rush repair. With a new small bracket fabricated and some fresh hardware, we were able to get them safely back on the North road to Wheeling.

More Sunday small repair work getting this truck tailgate slide hinge repaired— .250 Mild Steel (Low Carbon Alloy) plate circle guide cut with plasma and center hole bored on mill to 1.3125, welded at 19.5V/275IPM.

As shown, the passenger side has been previously “repaired” by someone else— however it just goes to show how some people/companies show absolutely no attention to detail or craftsmanship.

No matter how small the job may be, quality work and paying attention to details should always be priority #1. If you’re going to do it.. do it right! Fortunately, our slogan hasn’t been “Pride In Quality!” for 11+ years for no reason.
