The 46415-K 1/4” downshear and 46367-K 3/8” mortise compression bits are easily the two most used bits in our rotation. We can’t get enough of these tools, literally! We usually go through about a unit, 40 sheets, of MDF and Melamine before changing them out, but we have gotten as many as 80 sheets out of them before while waiting for replacements to arrive. They are seriously work horses. We switched to the Spektra Coated tools and never looked back!👍🏻

A view of the office today as we start on the Murphy bed project. This is actually our first time making plywood cabinets and MDF doors on the CNC and also the first time we’ll be using our new spray booth, so it’ll be a good trial run before some larger projects coming up in the next couple of months.
