This National Bulk Equipment (NBE) fullstream liquid packaging system is engineered-to-application to fill, cap, seal, case, and palletize tight-head containers ranging from 1-7 gallons for high-throughput, fill-to-order processing. Three filling stations operate concurrently, each filling a different material of varied viscosity and foamability; or all filling the same material. Each holding tank receives bulk liquid supply from upstream sources. Filled containers advance to the spindle capper to be capped and to the induction sealer to bond the foil liner inside the cap to the mouth of the container. The end-of-line container packaging sequence includes: container label application, case erecting, container pick-and-place, and case sealing and labeling. The palletizing sequence includes: empty pallet dispensing, multi-case row alignment, multi-level case pelletizing, and finished pallet dispensing and accumulation. This NBE liquid packaging project leverages the NBE equipment and systems portfolio and NBE fullstream applications expertise to increase process efficiency and yield.
