Please join us in recognizing Nick Mohr, a welder in our Shelter Department.

Nick joined Poligon in February while completing the welding program at Careerline Tech Center and recently transitioned to a full-time role on June 8. Since joining the team, he has continued to develop his fabrication and welding skills and has become a valued contributor through his strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

What Nick enjoys most about his work is the teamwork involved in many of the projects he works on and the sense of accomplishment that comes from seeing a job completed.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys hunting and fishing. His goal is simple: to keep improving every day and give his best effort in everything he does.

We're proud to have Nick on the team and look forward to his continued growth and success.
