Let's talk about what makes our service team world-class. It's the dedicated people like our Technician, Matt, who has been an invaluable part of the NewCNC family for the past 3 years.

When a customer’s production is down & the pressure is on, Matt is one of the guys who steps into that high-stakes environment & makes things right. We’re grateful for his ability to be a master troubleshooter, deep-diving into complex machinery & software.

After earning his degree in Professional Golf Turf Management from Rutgers University, Matt spent 20 years as a golf course Superintendent. That specialized education, combined with two decades of experience, gave him a level of focus & an eye for precision that is just incredible. He went from managing the complex systems of a championship golf course to mastering our CNC automation technology, and that passion for getting every single detail perfect is invaluable.

After hours, he’s usually cooking, hiking, or feeding his passion by getting a few rounds of golf in.
