Voltagen is at the Multi-Modal eMobility Summit today at Grosse Ile Airport!

The lineup says a lot about where this industry is heading. Electric aircraft, marine, ground delivery, and Class 8 trucking are all represented in one place, including the first public demo in Michigan of the production 2026 Tesla Semi and IonDynamics Energy DCFC infrastructure. Events like this used to be siloed by vehicle type. They aren’t anymore, and that shift is exactly right. The underlying challenge across every one of these platforms is the same: energy density, thermal management, and a power system that holds up in real duty cycles.

That’s the problem we build for. Our high-density NMC systems power everything from Class 8 idle reduction to specialty vehicle applications, and the conversations happening today are the ones that move the whole category forward.

Congratulations to Katrina Sistrunk, who has stepped into a new role as Operations Coordinator. Since joining as our RMA and Quality Technician, Katrina has consistently raised the bar — spotting issues early, strengthening our processes, and setting a standard for everyone around her. We can't wait to see the impact she'll make.

This is a brand-new role on our team — and a big one. As we scale our advanced lithium-ion energy storage systems, we need a hands-on builder to help bring them to life: assembling and testing new battery packs, refurbishing customer packs, running HIL testing, supporting our engineers through process improvements, and upholding the "Safety First, Products We Can Trust" standard that defines everything we make.

If you're passionate about electronics manufacturing and want real ownership in a growing clean-energy company, this is your shot to get in early and make an impact.
What you'll do:

- Build, test, and refurbish battery packs to exacting quality and safety standards
- Run HIL testing on production and RMA builds, and update pack/screen software
- Operate advanced manufacturing equipment and help optimize our processes
- Partner directly with engineers on new technology integration

What we offer:

- $45,000–$55,000/year
