🚨 We’re Hiring: Entry level / production MIG Welder-Fabricator! 🚨

Join the team at Envision Machine & Manufacturing in Holland, MI! We’re a family-owned company serving Automation, Food & Beverage, and Oil & Gas industries—and we want you to help us build top-quality weldments.

Who We’re Looking For:

Entry-level or experienced MIG/TIG welders/fabricators

Someone who can read blueprints, set up weldments, cut materials, and finish welds to high standards

Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to work with a team

What You’ll Do:

Study plans and specifications, plan welding strategies

Set up parts accurately, cut materials, and verify dimensions

Produce clean, precise welds while keeping parts flat, square, and within tolerance

Maintain equipment, records, and a safe work environment

Suggest improvements and help streamline processes
