Hello Everyone,

Please see the renderings showcasing our 22 unit condominium project in downtown Hollister. This project will feature condos on the 2nd and 3rd floor as well as a 2300 square foot roof top terrace.

We are currently on the lookout for motivated restaurants or chefs that are looking for a commercial condominium on San Benito street, right in the heart of downtown Hollister. We would like to sell the space rather than lease but will work with people that are interested. I have posted the floor plan, which shows the different spaces as well as their square footage that are available.

It has been a busy couple of weeks but second floor walls are up! The condominiums are starting to take shape downtown and we have one more floor to go!

Those metal sheets are called pan decking. These steel sheets will support a 6” concrete slab that will separate the second and third floors from the commercial space down below. This pan decking is essential in supporting the 22 condominiums above.

The 400 mixed use project will offer 22 condominiums and up to 5 commercial spaces right in the heart of downtown Hollister.

The 400 Block mixed use project is under way. The entire 1st floor is supported by steel braced and moment frames. 22 condominiums will soon be right downtown Hollister. This building will also include commercial space on the ground floor!

Some of the final touches being done on this beautiful building downtown. We are beyond excited to get the Community Foundation and many other non-profit organizations moved into their new home.

Community foundation building progress photo. The smooth white stucco with black window frames really pop! Almost complete with this beautiful project.

Today the scratch stucco coat is being applied to the community foundation. At the end of this exterior stucco coat process we will have a smooth finish in a bright white color!

Windows are in and we are water tight! This building will be a beautiful site to see at the entrance of San Benito St.
