A client's issue with water coming through her garage wall was traced to a two-inch drop in a section of her back patio's concrete, which sloped towards her home. This allowed water to infiltrate the foundation and migrate into the garage. Our team rectified the situation by removing the old concrete and installing new concrete with the correct slope away from the home, and also added an accent area with porcelain pavers.
