FreshX is a second-generation family-owned business with over 25 years of duct cleaning services. Since 2011, we have focused solely on air duct cleaning and are certified members of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association. We are looking for a Lead Air Duct Cleaning Technician. Typical Work Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am - 4:30pm (flexible to work night shifts and weekends for different projects)
Typical # of hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: $25 per hour starting, but able to quickly increase to $30 per hour upon evaluation. Also able to earn extra commission on jobs. ($34+ per hour for Public Works projects)
Work Location: Meet in Hollister, drive to job site (Counties we service: San Benito, Monterey, Santa Cruz, Santa Clara)
Job Details:
- Drive a work truck / van
- Move heavy equipment in / out of houses and buildings
- Clean ductwork and system components
- Crawl in attics and crawlspaces inspecting ductwork and making duct repairs. (you will get dirty!)
- Crawlspace / attic cleanup disposing of rodent infested ductwork, nesting and f***s (occasionally we get these jobs)
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Reliable personal transportation to ensure timely and consistent daily attendance
- Neat and clean appearance
- Accountable, dependable and trustworthy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Hardworking, motivated, and able to work at a good pace
- Able to work well with others on a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Eager to continue learning. Our goal would be to get you NADCA certified as an Air Systems Cleaning Specialist
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Flexible to work night shifts and weekends as needed
- On the job training provided
- Must pass drug and background screens
