Showed up to this call to meet 90 year old women. 87 degrees in the home we needed to get here cooling ASAP. We wasted no time diagnosing a failed defrost board. Went and got the needed part and had her back cooling in no time. 💪🏼 That’s what it it’s all about at Koontz!
