This week Shawn & Kelly completed a special project for Kelly’s step-mom.

We started with the complete demo of a deck that was at least 35 + years old. It had become very weak in spots and very dangerous.

The finished wood deck measures 18’ x 12’ which will be perfect for lots of future gatherings of friends and family.

Needless to say, we think she’s pleased with her new deck! And the grandogs, Rip & Rebel approve as well!

Another happy customer!

Over the Labor Day weekend, Stars & Stripes Construction gave these windows a facelift!

Below, you see Shawn, who is an expert-level carpenter, removing the old, rotten, faded trim.

He added window flashing to improve drainage and also refitted the rough-sawn pine around our customer’s windows. The finished product looks great!

We recently worked with some great clients on the east side that needed a LARGE (12’ x 16’) shed to house a side-by-side along with all of their other toys.

In addition to that, we added a door-wall to their master bedroom that added great natural sunlight and acesss to their backyard. The clients couldn’t be happier & their dogs are loving the “big doggie door”!

UPDATE: The homeowner painted their new updated moulding wall with this dark, dramatic charcoal color. We think it turned out absolutely stunning! They had a vision to class-up this somewhat boring wall and WOW! Mission accomplished! It’s GORGEOUS!

We transformed a boring office wall into this classy, upgraded accent wall with some beautiful molding. I cannot wait to see how amazing it’s going to look with paint!

The homeowner has selected a monochrome charcoal grey and is considering a gloss finish for the wood while keeping the wall matte.
