Well it's Facebook official, we were awarded the demolition and rebuild of the new St. Clement's Island Museum in colton's Point! we are honored to be chosen as the General Contractor for this project that will serve our community and visitors for years to come! W.M. Davis Inc. just wrapped up the new Emergency Department and Behavioral Health expansion at University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center recently. This project turned out great! Thank you to all our sub contractors and dedicated Employees for turning out a fantastic project!

We wrapped up this gorgeous community clubhouse for our friends at Lennar Homes in the Parklands community of St. Charles in Charles County. This spacious building includes a large club/meeting room, private conference room, lounge/bar area, library, fitness gym, yoga room, and multi gang locker rooms with showers. Other outdoor features includes a large infinity pool, bocce courts, six(6) pickleball courts, outdoor fire and ice table with two(2) firepits, and a small stage for outdoor entertainment.
