Been building a few brick walls lately

This is a good time to do inside work and outside repairs. As soon as the good weather arrives I usually get busy with my slate roof maintenance customers. A great program between $200 & $300 a year where I replace all slates that broke over the winter, this alone prevents the shake from rotting that can cause very expensive damage.There are many other services I do that improves longevity. I put this staircase in last winter by myself

The first photo shows how this chimney leak looked fine until we took the roof off and repaired it. you can see the new shingles and the old ones got really dusty but that will wash off the first rain.

Heres a job form last year, the roof had completely disintegrated so we stripped it and installed a metal roof, it takes about 2 weeks to get the materials, but I don't charge more than a few hundred for metal.

A copper snow fence on a slate roof i just replaced, I had this made custom for $750.00, the slate roof on the right was striped, re-decked and the slate replaced (only broken ones) for $4500
