What inspired you to pursue this field?
Raised by blue-collar parents, Keri developed an early respect for manufacturing and skilled trades. After starting her HR career in healthcare, she transitioned into manufacturing—where she gained hands-on experience in safety, operations, and continuous improvement—ultimately leading her to Lanco Group of Companies.
What do you enjoy most?
“The people. Manufacturing attracts individuals from incredibly diverse backgrounds who are all working toward a common goal. There is something powerful about seeing tangible results from the work being done every day.”
Memorable achievement?
“Leading the digital transformation of a performance management system—shifting from manual processes to a streamlined platform that improved accountability and development across the organization.”

Keri credits her positive experience to building strong relationships and approaching her work with a mindset of listening first and understanding processes before contributing.
