Requires computer experience. MS Office and Google Docs a plus.

Hiring General Labor

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites including but not limited to the following:
• Clean and prepare work site at beginning, end and through the workday.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Load and unload, building materials, machinery, or tools, distribute them to appropriate locations as directed by supervisor
• Support all Staff on Site
• Maintain and report time and description of work activities

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Driver’s License with clean driving record and reliable transportation, a truck is a plus
• High School diploma
• Must be able to lift 75lbs
• Ability to follow direction

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Communication –Must be able to convey information effectively both verbally and/or in writing.
• Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
• Cooperative — Must work well in a team environment and be able to adjust actions in relation to others' actions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a variety of condition at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. The position regularly works in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity. Potential exposure to chemical, physical, and biological hazards such as: hazardous materials/waste and toxic airborne contaminants; physical hazards from work environment conditions and equipment operations. Activities may require use of respiratory protection and chemical protective clothing
