Why don't we just pour new concrete over the damaged area?

Because that would be like putting a bandage on a wound without treating it first.

Before the concrete is restored, we remove the rust from the exposed steel and then coat it with epoxy to help protect it from future corrosion. Addressing what's happening beneath the surface is what helps create a repair that's built to last.

Not every railing replacement uses the same mounting method.

Last Friday's Mini Putt Pa'ina brought the heat, but that didn't stop golfers from pulling up to the Poke Pit Stop to cool off, talk story, and grab their favorite poke-and-chip combo.

🏝️🤝 Mahalo to Hawaiiana Management for inviting Seal Masters of Hawaiʻi to participate in the Resident / Site Manager Training in Kona.

Last week, we had the opportunity to speak with property, site, and resident managers about what we’re seeing in Hawaiʻi’s aging building inventory today. From concrete spalling and aging waterproofing systems to deteriorated sealants, corroded railings, and failing window systems, many buildings are showing signs of deferred maintenance that can lead to much larger repairs if left unaddressed.
Early identification and proactive planning can help protect buildings, residents, and long-term investments.

From Oʻahu to Kauaʻi 🌺 We had the best time at the Hawaiiana Vendor Blender representing Elite Construction Services alongside . Connecting with board members from across the Garden Isle and learning more about their properties was a definite highlight for our team!

Our booth brought the fun with the Catch of the Day game congrats to everyone who hooked some Foodland gift cards and a little “fish food” (Goldfish and Shark Gummies) 🐟 and shoutout to our Lucky Giveaway winner who went home with a YETI cooler!
